Language & Thinking
Build the ability to read, speak, write, and think for yourself.
YEONCORE · AI PRODUCT COMPANY
YEONCORE organizes complex challenges across Language & Thinking, Work & Execution, and Public Service Operations—and takes one focused product at a time through to completion.
ONE SHARED FOUNDATION
Each product is simple and independent on the surface, while identity and access, AI and data, operations and analytics, and shared experience standards connect behind the scenes.
01 · BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE
We separate individual language and thinking, organizational work and execution, and public service operations without overlap. New ideas fit within this structure, so the portfolio can grow without losing coherence.
01 · PRODUCT FAMILY
Build the ability to read, speak, write, and think for yourself.
02 · PRODUCT FAMILY
Reduce repetition and finish the work that matters faster and with greater clarity.
03 · PRODUCT FAMILY
Make checking, recording, handovers, and citizen-request handling consistent.
02 · PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Products are independent experiences people use repeatedly. Professional services apply human judgment to each client’s context—then design, build, and leave lasting capability inside the organization.
01
Decide what is worth doing before you deploy.
02
Build verifiable AI agent systems—not demos.
03
Go beyond providing tools. Build an organization that knows how to use them.
03 · FIRST COMPLETE PRODUCT
YEONCORE’s first product connects a 10-minute diagnostic, a 7-minute daily routine, and a parent report to help students practice literacy.
Enrollment and learning support currently focus on Korean families with students in Grades 5–6. We will decide whether to expand to Grade 4 and Grades 7–8 only after validating this experience in real use.
WEB FIRST · MOBILE NEXT
Explains YEONCORE’s business architecture, each product’s role and readiness, and the principles that guide trust.
The first end-to-end experience where parents and students use diagnostics, learning routines, and reports.
Gives operators one place to manage content, learner support, publishing, rollbacks, and release readiness.
Reuses validated learning rules and copy as a channel for everyday use.
04 · SHARED FOUNDATION
We do not promote the shared foundation as a product in its own right. It reduces duplication behind the scenes so every product can stay simple and operate safely.
Manage user and operator roles, guardian consent, and access boundaries consistently.
Keep product-specific decision rules and data separate while connecting them through shared, verifiable principles.
Maintain one traceable flow for content publishing, support, quality checks, and evidence for product improvement.
Reuse accessibility, policy, status, and interface standards instead of rebuilding them for every product.
PRODUCT PRINCIPLES
Make the product immediately understandable.
Shorten the path to the core outcome.
Make the next action clear without explanation.
Judge value by better outcomes, not feature count.
